Analytics shows what comes in, when, from where — and how fast it is answered. Every number follows the filter bar at the top.
- Open Analytics in the menu.
- Press the date button (it starts on Last 30 days) and pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, This year or Custom. Under Compare with choose Period before, Last year or Off, then Apply.
- Narrow it with All businesses, Every topic and More ▾: open or closed, and who answered — the AI, a person or nobody. Clear filters starts again.
- Read the five numbers at the top: Conversations, Messages from customers, Customers, First reply (median) and Last message answered. With comparison on, each says how it moved.
- Scroll for a card per channel, the Conversations chart by day or hour, By channel, Busy hours, What customers ask about and Who answered.
- At the bottom, Businesses, Customers and Waiting now list the rows behind the numbers. Open takes you to the conversation.
Good to know
- A conversation counts when the customer wrote in the period.
- A reply is one written by a person in MirageCHAT or by the AI. Automatic messages (welcome, closed, templates) are never counted as replies; Who answered shows them on their own.
- Replies typed in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone aren’t counted as answers.
- A business is one name across its channels: the Instagram, WhatsApp and Page all called “Riverside Dental” make one row.
- An agent may see only their own accounts; the title says whose numbers are shown.
- Alerts when numbers cross a line are set in Notifications, under Numbers to watch.
