Sell MirageCHAT to your own clients under your own name. Each client gets a separate client workspace, and you pay for all of them from your MirageCHAT balance.
Switch the plan on
- Add the first month to your balance: the platform, plus each channel already connected in your own workspace.
- Ask the MirageCHAT team to switch your workspace on as a reseller. The first month is taken from your balance at once.
- Owners and admins of your workspace now have Account › Reseller, with three tabs: Client workspaces, Statement and Settings. Agents never see it.
What it costs
- $75 a month for the platform and $1.25 a month for each connected channel — in your client workspaces and in your own workspace. No setup fee, and no limit on client workspaces, channels or team members. The tiles always show your own prices.
- Prepaid, month by month. The platform renews on the date the plan was switched on. Each channel is paid the moment it connects and renews on its own date.
- A paid channel that is disconnected keeps its month: connected again inside it, it costs nothing.
- A new channel your balance cannot pay is not connected.
- The tiles show your Balance, This month, what is Due in the next 7 days and Client workspaces · channels. Your own channels have a row of their own, Your own workspace.
- Statement lists every charge, newest first: the date, the item, the client workspace, the period and the amount.
If a renewal cannot be paid
- We email you when your balance cannot cover what falls due in the next 7 days, at most once a day.
- An unpaid renewal gets 24 hours: the page says by when to add money. After that your workspace and every client workspace are paused — read-only, messages keep arriving, nothing is lost.
- Press Add money. Once the money arrives everything reopens at once, and a new month starts that day: the paused days are not billed.
Your name and logo
- In Reseller › Settings, under Your name on the connect page, fill in Name and Logo address (an https:// address of a square PNG or SVG image) and press Save.
- Your clients see them on the connect page, and inside their workspace on the web: in the menu, on the browser tab’s title and as its icon.
Good to know
- Your clients pay MirageCHAT nothing. Their Billing says it is handled by their provider, and names you.
- We never write to your clients. Mail meant for a client workspace comes to you instead, with the workspace’s name at the start of the subject; its people get only a sign-in code when one is asked.
- Client workspaces have no AI. In your own workspace, every AI reply is paid from your balance — none are included.
- Your own workspace no longer has a package: the reseller plan pays for it.
