Need the numbers in a spreadsheet — for your accountant, a partner or a monthly report? Every Analytics page exports what it shows to a CSV file that Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets open.
- Open Analytics and set the period and filters you want. The file follows them.
- Press Export CSV at the top right. The file downloads as analytics_<from>_<to>.csv.
- For one channel, open that channel’s page first and press Export CSV there. The file carries the channel’s name.
What’s in the file:
- From the main page: the period, then one row per channel and per business (conversations, first reply in seconds, share answered), and one row per customer (channel, business, conversations, messages, last message).
- From a channel’s page: its totals (conversations, messages from customers, customers, new, returning, first reply, answered %), conversations day by day, each account, message types and languages — plus countries on WhatsApp, and followers, views, likes, comments and shares per TikTok account.
Good to know
- Busy hours, topics and Who answered are not in the file.
- An agent exports only what they may see; customers on channels that aren’t theirs appear without their name.
- Accents and emoji come through intact.
