What isn’t on your website, such as a price list, a policy or a holiday closing, goes into the library as a file, a note or a highlight.
- Open AI › Libraries, choose the library and go to Files.
- Drop files on Drop PDF, Word or text files here, or press Choose files. PDF, Word (.docx), .txt and .md files are read, up to 10 MB each.
- Each file is read, and what it found waits for you to keep or correct before the AI uses it.
- Under Something that is not on your site, write it once, for example “We are closed on 1 January.”, and press Save. The AI uses it from the next message, and it appears under Your notes.
- Always send on a note: when on, the AI gets the note with every reply; when off, only when the client’s message is about it.
- For an answer given word for word, open Highlights, press Write one, fill in a topic, the Question and the Answer, and press Save.
Good to know
- An old Word file (.doc) is not read. Save it as .docx first.
- A note can be up to 20,000 characters.
- Remove on a file makes the AI stop using what it learned from it.
- Give every highlight a topic. Without one, the AI finds it more slowly.
- The AI answers in this order: a matching highlight, then your pages. When neither has the answer, it says it will check with your team.
