A library is what the AI knows about one business: its website, files, notes, photos and past conversations. Each channel reads one library, so a company that runs a gym and a dental clinic keeps two.
- Open AI › Libraries and press New library.
- Name — enter the Library name (usually the business’s name), pick a colour and press Next.
- What it knows — under From what you already have, tick anything the AI learned earlier that belongs to this business. Press Next.
- Channels — tick the channels that should read it. A channel that reads another library moves to this one. You can also choose later. Press Create library.
- Fill it from the tabs: your website on Pages, files and notes on Files, and exact answers on Highlights.
Good to know
- A library has the tabs Overview · Pages · Photos · Highlights · Files · Conversations · Test. Its header has Read everything now, Test, and ··· for Rename and Delete.
- With more than one library, pick one from the cards at the top.
- New library is also on AI › Knowledge. Created there, the library opens in a panel with A website, Instagram or Facebook, A file and Write it yourself.
- Deleting a library keeps its sources under «Not in a library yet», and its channels then read no library.
- The owner or an admin creates libraries.
