A workspace with no library, where the AI is off on every channel, sees three steps on AI › Overview instead of the usual summary.
- Teach it — type your address in Your website (for example www.example.com) and press Read it. MirageCHAT makes a library named after the site and reads its pages, counting them as it goes.
- When it ends, press Check what it found. The library opens on Highlights, where you approve what the AI may use.
- Try it — press Ask a question. The Test tab opens; ask what your clients ask. Nothing is sent to anyone.
- Turn it on — press Use Suggests on all channels. Every channel now reads the new library, and the AI writes a draft for each new client message for your team to send.
No website? Press Or add files or write it yourself under step 1.
Good to know
- Try it needs a connected channel, because it asks as a client on one of them.
- When the drafts are right, move a channel to Replies in AI › Channels.
- The site is read again every week, on Monday nights. Change it in AI › Runs on its own.
- The owner or an admin runs these steps.
