AI › Test is a private chat with your AI. You ask as a client would, and nothing is sent to anyone.
- Open AI › Test. In Try it, choose the channel (“As a client on …”). The line below names the library it answers from.
- Type a question and send it, or press a chip. The chips are up to three of your approved highlights.
- Under each answer you see where it came from (for example “From 2 facts, 1 page”), the model, the time it took, the page address it would give, and the photos it would send.
- Try what clients really ask: something your site answers clearly, something it doesn’t answer, and a question in another language your clients use.
- If an answer is wrong, fix the knowledge, not the answer. Edit the highlight, add a note in Files, or re-read the page and approve it under What changed. Then ask again.
Good to know
- When the library doesn’t hold the answer, the AI says a colleague will confirm, and the answer is marked Not in the library.
- A question outside your business gets a polite no, marked Stayed on topic.
- “This channel has no library yet” means you should choose one in AI › Channels.
- Each library also has a Test tab in AI › Libraries, with Questions to try taken from your clients.
- Tests don’t count against your plan’s AI replies. You can run 20 tests an hour.
