AI › Models & keys lists the models of each AI provider. Pick one, and pick what happens if it can’t answer.
- Open AI › Models & keys. The line at the top says who answers now, for example “Answers with … · from your plan”. Until you choose, MirageCHAT’s default AI answers from your plan.
- Pick a provider tile: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or Gemini Free. Each tile says From your plan, Your key, Not connected or Not offered, and how many models it has.
- Under Models, each model shows its level (Free, Standard or Best) and what it costs: “1 reply = N from your plan”, “doesn’t use your plan”, or “billed by …”. Cheaper models are listed first.
- Press Use on the model you want. It is then marked In use.
- Under If the model cannot answer (shown once a model is chosen), pick Hand over to your team, MirageCHAT’s backup, from your plan, or another model.
Good to know
- A model marked “Connect your own … key to use it” needs your own API key — see «Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key».
- Sorting, tone and summaries in Runs on its own use the model you choose here.
- Pressing Use on your backup model swaps the two: the model in use until now becomes the backup.
- The owner or an admin chooses the model.
