The AI answers from your website’s pages and gives the client the page’s address. Add the site once, and it is read again on the schedule you choose.
- Open AI › Libraries and choose the library.
- On Pages, press Add page.
- Paste the address of a page on your site, for example www.example.com, and press Add and read. That page is read at once.
- To read every page, press Read everything now at the top of the library. The header shows what is being read, a percentage (or Finding pages…) and Stop. You can leave the page; the read keeps going.
- When it ends, the pages are listed under Pages, grouped by site and language, each saying what it gave. Their photos appear under Photos.
Good to know
- A library that already reads a website accepts only pages of that site.
- Skipped pages are listed on Overview, with the reason and Read it anyway.
- Exclude on a page stops the AI answering from it, and it is not read again. Include again undoes this.
- A new website is read again every week, on Monday nights. Change this with Read again.
- You can start up to 10 reads a day per workspace.
