The voice changes how long and how formal the AI’s replies are. It does not change what the AI knows.
- Open AI › Channels and go to How it sounds.
- Under Voice, pick Friendly, Professional, Short or Warm. The bubble beside it shows an example.
- If one channel needs a different voice, choose it under A different voice for one channel. Same as everywhere puts it back on the workspace voice.
Each choice is saved at once.
- Friendly — one or two sentences, warm and professional. This is the voice until you choose another.
- Professional — one or two sentences, polite, formal and precise.
- Short — one short sentence when it can, two at most.
- Warm — two to four sentences, caring, with a helpful detail when it has one.
Good to know
- A channel’s own voice wins over the workspace voice. A restaurant can keep Friendly on Instagram and use Professional on its website chat.
- The owner or an admin changes the voice.
