A library can read the chats your team already had, find the questions clients ask most, and propose them with the answer your team gave. Nothing is added without you.
- Open AI › Libraries, choose the library and go to Conversations.
- Under Channels this library learns from, switch on the channels to learn from. Each shows how many conversations it has.
- Press Learn the past. It reads them once, showing conversations read, questions found and answers from your team, with Stop.
- Under What clients ask most, each question comes with Your team’s answer. Press Add to library, Edit first or Ignore.
- Switch on Keep learning for a channel. New conversations are read every night, and what they bring waits in AI › Overview › To do.
Good to know
- Only your own chats are read, and nothing is sent to anyone.
- A channel appears here only if it reads this library. Choose that in AI › Channels.
- How your team writes sums up your team’s style, and the AI copies it when it replies.
- Every library’s Keep learning switches are also in AI › Runs on its own.
- The questions found become Questions to try on the library’s Test tab.
