Turn off the AI work that runs on its own

Besides answering clients, the AI does three jobs nobody asks for. They are on until you turn them off, and they run on the model chosen in AI › Models & keys.

1. Open AI › Runs on its own.
2. Switch each one On or Off:

• Sort new messages — marks how urgent each new client message is.
• Read the tone — marks whether a client sounds happy or upset, and the tone of new reviews.
• Summarize conversations — keeps a short summary of each conversation, updated every 30 minutes.

3. Each switch is saved on its own.

Good to know

• Turning one off saves the work, and the cost, it would spend on every message.
• What a team member asks for by hand, such as a summary, still works.
• This tab also holds Keeps learning from new conversations and Reads your websites again.
• The owner or an admin changes these switches.
