The Inbox shows every conversation of the accounts you can see. Filters, search and swipes let you clear it quickly.
- Tap Inbox. Use All, Open, Pending and Closed at the top; each shows its own count.
- If you have more than one account, tap the box below (All accounts) to open Filter conversations and pick a channel or a single account.
- Type in Search conversations… to find a name, a handle or a message.
- Tap the star next to the search box to show only your starred conversations.
- Tap N unread to show only unread conversations. Read all opens Mark as read: choose whether to Include closed conversations, then tap Mark N as read.
- Swipe a conversation to the left for Read, Snooze and Close, or Reopen on a closed one.
- Tap the bell at the top right to see My reminders. Tap one to open its conversation, or tick it to mark it done.
- A waiting 12m chip means the client wrote last and has waited at least 5 minutes. It turns red after 24 hours.
- A lock beside a name means the conversation is locked. Once any conversation is locked, a Locked chip appears that shows only those.
Good to know
- The list updates by itself.
- Marking conversations read never reopens them and never tells the client.
- Stars are yours alone; your colleagues don’t see them.
- If a search finds nothing inside one account, the app offers Search all accounts.
