The MirageCHAT app for iPhone, iPad and Android opens the same workspace as the website — the same account, channels and permissions.
- Install MirageCHAT from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open it and tap Sign in. New to MirageCHAT? Tap Try free instead.
- Type your Email and Password and tap Sign in. If your account is linked to Google, Apple or Facebook, tap Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue with Facebook instead.
- If the app shows Check your email, type the 6-digit Sign-in code we sent you and tap Verify and sign in. Leave Remember this device for 30 days on, so this phone isn’t asked again.
- When the phone asks whether MirageCHAT may send notifications, allow it.
The app opens on Home.
Good to know
- Owners and admins see the whole workspace on the phone. Agents see the parts an owner or admin opened for them.
- If you see “Mobile access is not enabled for this account”, ask an owner or admin to switch on Mobile access for you on the website: Team › Agents, your name › Access.
- The Google, Apple and Facebook buttons appear only when that sign-in is available.
- The code expires after 10 minutes. Tap Send a new code to get another.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen.
