Customers sending 3 messages instead of one

you know when someone sends “hi” then “do you deliver” then their address all separately 😂
can the AI wait a little and answer everything together? rather than replying after each message

Haha yes, we all know that customer 😄 Good news: the AI already does this, and there's nothing to turn on.

It waits about 5 seconds after each message. If another one arrives, it waits again, then reads them all and sends one answer. This works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram.

One thing to know: if someone takes longer than that between messages, the AI answers what it has so far, then replies to the next one seperatly.
