Yes, you can! Each Instagram account can read its own information.
- Go to AI › Libraries and press New library, one for each location. Add that location's opening hours, delivery areas and anything else that's diffrent (a page of your website or a short document works great).
- Then in AI › Assistant, open the Channels tab. Each Instagram account has its own row there, so you just pick which library it reads.
That way customers who write to the first account get the first location's hours and delivery areas, and the second account gets the second one's. You can try both with Test at the top of each library before going live, nothing is sent to anyone.
If some info is the same for both (like your products or prices), just add it to each library too.
