Menu › Social Studio holds everything about posting, in four tabs — Instant Post, Your posts, Insights and Library — the same as on the website.
- Open Menu and tap Social Studio, under Work. At the top are Plan a batch and ＋, which starts a new Instant Post.
- Instant Post — tap Create a post for the six steps. Below it: Coming up (the next scheduled posts), Just published (the last six, with their pictures) and Where it can go: Instagram and a Facebook Page take Post · Story · Reel, TikTok Video · Photo post, YouTube Short or video.
- To schedule, choose Later on the last step: quick picks, a calendar up to a year ahead, the day’s hours or Other time. The post goes out by itself at that time.
- Your posts — Published, Scheduled and Failed, with the channel chips, Search the captions, Account, Type and Days, and List or Calendar. On a card: Change time, Post now and Cancel while it waits, Retry when it failed, Duplicate to post it again, and Details.
- Insights — 7 days, 28 days or 90 days: views, engagement, posts and followers, Your best posts, When your audience answers and Each account.
- Library — your photos and videos. Tap All or a library, then Add photos or videos (up to 50 at a time), and keep the screen open until the upload finishes. + New creates a library.
Waiting for you
When a TikTok post sent through the Publishing API waits for your OK, a Waiting for you · N row shows above the tabs. Tap it to check each post and post it.
Good to know
- Planned and the Auto-plan rules are gone: every post is one you make with Instant Post, now or at a time you pick.
- On Free, the Instant Post tab shows what is left this month, for example “12 of 30 posts this month · Free”.
- Instant Post and Your posts work in every package. Insights shows a lock when your package doesn’t include it.
- YouTube is not counted in Insights: its numbers are under Analytics.
- Under a published YouTube video in Details, owners and admins also have Edit on YouTube, Thumbnail and Delete from YouTube.
- Agents see Social Studio only if an owner or admin turned it on for them, and the Waiting for you row only with the + Approve waiting posts level. Otherwise the screen says “Social Studio is off for your account”.
