The Comments tab collects the comments under your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube posts. It appears for owners, admins and agents allowed to reply to comments.
- Tap Comments. New lists the posts with new comments — questions nobody on your team has seen — with the same number as the tab bar. Mentions, All posts and, if you have a Facebook Page, Reviews are next to it. All posts opens on All accounts: every post people commented on, newest first, with how many comments are new; tap an account for every post it has.
- Use the channel chips to show one platform.
- Tap a post. Its comments now count as seen for the whole team, and the number drops. The new ones keep New while you read; a question already seen and not answered says No reply yet.
- Under a comment, tap Reply, write in Add a reply… and tap Post. Or tap Message privately, write in Write a direct message… and tap Send.
- Tap the heart to like a comment, ✓ to mark it done, or ••• to Hide, Unhide or Delete it.
- To handle many at once, use Answer all N, Thank everyone, or on TikTok Like each and clear. Emoji-only reactions and friends tagging friends are never counted.
Good to know
- Private messages work on Instagram and Facebook: one per comment, within 7 days of it. They appear in the Inbox as a conversation.
- Likes work on Facebook and TikTok.
- A hidden comment is still visible to its author. A deleted one cannot be brought back. On TikTok you can delete only your own comments.
- For agents, what they can do depends on their level: reply only, or also hide and delete, or also message privately.
- On a Facebook Page post, owners and admins have ••• at the top right: Edit text changes the post’s words on Facebook (the photo stays), and Delete post removes it from the Page with its comments, after you confirm.
- Mentions gathers the posts and comments that name your Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and TikTok accounts. A comment that names your Page is answered with the Page’s reply; a post that names it opens with Open on Facebook ↗.
- Facebook doesn’t let apps post answers to reviews. Reply on Facebook copies your answer and opens Facebook for you to paste it.
- A Facebook Page connected before 1 October 2026 shows One more permission with Refresh permissions. It opens Channels on the website; in Facebook’s window press Edit settings and keep every permission ticked.
- Accounts are connected on the website.
