Browser notifications show a desktop alert when a new message arrives, even when the MirageCHAT tab is in the background.
- Open Workspace › Profile.
- Find Browser notifications.
- Press Enable browser notifications.
- When your browser asks, allow notifications.
- The card now says Notifications are enabled on this device. Press Test to send yourself one.
Turn them off
- Press Disable on the same card, on the device you want to stop.
Good to know
- It is set per browser and per device. Repeat it on each computer you use.
- «Your browser doesn't support push notifications» means this browser cannot show them. Try another browser.
- On the phone, the MirageCHAT app shows its own notifications. No browser setup is needed.
- Who is told about waiting customers, failures and team rules is set separately in Account › Notifications.
- Only the owner and admins can open Workspace › Profile.
