The free trial lasts 5 days, needs no card, and ends by itself. Nothing is charged automatically.
Before it ends
- From three days before the end, a line above your conversations counts down, for example Free trial — 2 days left. It opens Billing.
- You can choose a package in Billing › Plan at any time during the trial. Everything you set up stays.
When it has ended
- A card says Your free trial has ended.
- Messages from your customers still arrive, and you can read everything.
- Replying and other changes stop until a package is chosen.
- Press Choose a package on the card, choose one in Billing › Plan and pay the first month. You can work again at once.
If you chose a package but did not finish paying
- The card and Billing say the package is reserved and waiting for its first payment. Press Finish payment. Nothing has been charged.
Good to know
- Agents see the same card, asking them to have the owner or an admin choose a package.
- During the trial you can connect up to 5 accounts and use 100 AI replies.
- Your channels, AI knowledge, quick replies and team are all kept.
