MirageCHAT works on a prepaid balance in US dollars: you add money, and your package and any extra AI replies are paid from it.
Pay by card
- Open Billing. The Overview tab shows your Available balance and how long it lasts.
- Under Add money, pick an amount, or type one in Or another amount — what you pay.
- Press Pay by card. You pay on Stripe’s page, and your balance updates when you come back.
Pay by bank transfer
- Press Bank transfer to see the transfer details.
- Put the Reference on your transfer — without it we cannot tell which workspace the money is for. Transfers are credited once the bank confirms them, usually within two working days.
Top up automatically
- Tick Keep my balance topped up before you pay by card — or open the Details tab and press Set up next to Automatic top-up.
- Set When my balance falls below and Top it up by, then press Continue to card to save a card with Stripe.
- To stop it, open Details › Automatic top-up and press Turn off.
Good to know
- Larger amounts can come with a bonus. The amount card shows «+$… free» and how much lands in your balance.
- A card payment on its own stores no card and renews nothing. Only automatic top-up keeps a card.
- Card details are typed on Stripe’s page and never reach MirageCHAT.
