On Facebook Messenger, replies can show the name and photo of the person who typed them, under your Page’s name. It is off until you switch it on for a person.
- Open Team › Agents and press Access on the person.
- Switch on Name on Messenger.
- Make sure they have a name in MirageCHAT and a photo of their own. They add the photo in the MirageCHAT phone app: Menu › Settings, then tap the picture. A ready-made avatar does not count.
What customers see
- Their first name and the first letter of their last name — «Dana R.» for Dana Reyes — with their photo, under your Page’s name.
- Without a name or their own photo, replies go out as the Page.
- Replies from the AI and from automations always go out as the Page.
Good to know
- It works on Facebook Messenger only. Other channels are not affected.
- It is set per person, so switch it on only for the people who want their name shown.
- The name comes from their row in Team › Agents.
