Each agent sees only the accounts you share with them — in the Inbox, in notifications and in the phone app.
Share accounts
- Open Team › Agents and press Access on the person.
- Under Channels this person sees, tick each account. Select all takes a whole channel; Clear channel removes it.
- Press Save access. The line beside it confirms, for example «Saved · Dana sees 4 of 6».
Choose how far back they see
- Under Conversation history, choose All history or New chats only.
Posting accounts
- If their Instant Post level is not Off, Posting accounts lists your Instagram, Facebook Page and TikTok accounts. Tick the ones they may post to and press Save posting accounts.
Good to know
- The inbox list and the posting list are separate. Sharing a Page for posting does not put its messages in their inbox.
- A channel you connect later is shared with nobody until you add it. The yellow note at the top of Team › Agents lists who cannot see every channel — press a name to go straight there.
- A channel with nothing shared is marked not shared yet.
- Owners and admins always see every channel.
- A disconnected account cannot be chosen for posting.
