If you cannot remember your password, you can set a new one from the sign-in screen in a minute.
- On the sign-in screen, press Forgot it? beside Password.
- Enter the email you sign in with and press Send the link.
- Open the email and follow the link. It works once and lasts an hour.
- On Choose a new password, type the new password and press Set the password.
- Press Sign in and use the new password.
The password rule
At least 8 characters, one capital letter, one number and one symbol. The meter under the field ticks each one off as you type.
Good to know
- The screen says «Check your email» whether or not the address has an account. We never reveal which addresses are registered.
- Nothing after a few minutes? Look in your spam folder.
- A new password signs you out everywhere else, including the phone app.
- In the phone app you can also change it while signed in: Menu › Settings › Change password.
- An account opened with Google, Apple or Facebook may have no password at all; keep signing in with that provider.
- An owner or admin can also set a new password for a teammate in Team › Agents with Password.
