You sign in on the web and in the MirageCHAT app with the same account.
- Open miragechat.io/app. The form is titled Sign in.
- Enter your Email and Password and press Sign in — or press Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue with Facebook.
- If we ask for one, type the 6-digit Sign-in code we emailed you and press Verify and sign in.
The sign-in code
- It expires in 10 minutes. Send a new code becomes available after 30 seconds.
- Leave Remember this device for 30 days ticked on your own computer, and the code is not asked there again for 30 days.
- Changing your password forgets every remembered device.
Google, Apple or Facebook
- Google and Apple sign you in when the email they share matches your MirageCHAT email.
- Facebook signs you in only after you have connected it to your account — see «Connect Google, Apple or Facebook to your account».
Good to know
- Five wrong passwords lock the address for 15 minutes; a second and third lock last 30 and 60 minutes.
- «This email is already signed in on another workspace» means the address belongs to another MirageCHAT workspace. Continue there, or ask your admin to add you here with a different email.
- «Mobile access is not enabled for this account» or «Account disabled» means an owner or admin has switched your sign-in off in Team › Agents.
- The language button at the top right changes the language of the sign-in screen.
