Workspace › Your package shows which package you are on and how much of it you use.
- Open Workspace › Your package.
- The first card names your package and its state: Active, Trial, Payment due, Awaiting payment, On hold or No package.
- Connected accounts shows how many you use of what the package includes, for example «7 of 12». On Pro, accounts past 40 are listed with what they add to the month.
- Team members shows how many people are in the workspace. It is unlimited on every package.
- Every feature is included lists every feature, in tabs.
- To change package, press See packages. It opens Billing › Plan.
When something needs you
- Payment due — the monthly payment did not go through. Add balance under Billing to keep the package.
- «Remove 2 or change your package to add another» — more accounts are connected than your package includes, usually after moving to a smaller package. Nothing is disconnected; you cannot add more until you are under the limit.
- Free trial — every feature — the trial is running, with up to 5 connected accounts.
Good to know
- Only the owner and admins can open Workspace.
