Packages are chosen in Billing › Plan by the owner or an admin.
Choose your first package
- Open Billing and the Plan tab.
- On the package you want, press Choose — the button shows the package and the price.
- Press it again — Pay … now and start — to confirm.
- If your balance covers the month, the package opens at once. If not, a card page opens for the difference, and the package opens when the payment lands.
Change package later
- Press Choose on the package you want. A change is one press.
- Nothing is charged or refunded today. The new price applies from your next monthly date.
After that
- The package renews from your balance on the same date each month. Keep your balance topped up — see «Add money to your balance».
- Reserved — finish payment means a package was chosen but not paid for. Press it, or Finish payment at the top of Billing, to open the card page. Nothing has been charged.
Good to know
- The package you picked when signing up is marked Chosen at sign-up. Your current one is marked Your plan.
- AI replies, under the packages, shows this month’s allowance: used, left, and the price of each reply past it.
- There is no partial refund for a month already started.
