Customers › All customers lists everyone who has ever written to you, on every channel, with their conversations and tags.
Find someone
- Open Customers › All customers.
- Search by name, ID or last message, or filter: All platforms, All contacts / ⭐ VIP only / Non-VIP, All languages.
- Sort by Last contact, Name A→Z, Most messages, Newest first or Oldest first.
- Click a person to open their profile: their conversations, messages Sent by them and Sent by us, their tags, every conversation (click one to open it) and their latest internal notes.
Tag or mark VIP many at once
- Tick the people. The box at the top of the list ticks the whole page.
- In the dark bar, type a tag and press Add tag, or press Mark VIP or Unmark VIP.
Export
- Press Export CSV. The file follows your search and filters.
Good to know
- To add a note or a tag for one person, open their conversation and press ⓘ (Contact Info).
- An agent sees this list when their Clients level is View; Edit tags & VIP adds tagging and VIP.
- If a WhatsApp Business app number is connected, a Phone contacts tab shows the contacts kept on that phone.
