Social Studio › Your posts lists everything sent with Instant Post — one card per post, with every account it went to. It is in every package, on the web and in the phone app.
- Open Social Studio › Your posts and pick Published, Scheduled or Failed. Each shows how many posts it holds.
- Narrow the list: the channel chips Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube (none on means every channel), Search the captions, Account, Type (Posts, Reels, Stories) and Days. Clear the filters resets them.
- The line above the list counts what the filters hold, for example “10 videos · 20 publications · Facebook 10 · TikTok 10”. A publication is one post on one account.
- Switch List to Calendar to see a month: each day with its count per platform, and a red dot where something failed. Press a day to open the list on that day.
On each card
- One chip per account with its state. Once a post is out, the chip says who can see it — Public, TikTok’s Only me, Friends or Followers, YouTube’s Unlisted or Private — and opens the post.
- Views, likes and comments, when Insights is in your package.
- Scheduled: Change time, Post now and Cancel, each asked in the card first.
- Failed: Retry sends it again to the accounts that failed.
- Duplicate opens Instant Post filled with the same media, accounts and captions.
- Details lists each account with its time and, if it failed, the platform’s reason, Retry this one, and Refresh permissions › when a permission is missing. Open post ↗ opens what went out.
The words you may see
- Processing — going out now. Published 2 of 3 — some accounts are done, some are not.
- Waiting for your approval — a TikTok post sent through the Publishing API that waits for your OK.
- In review on TikTok — TikTok is still checking a video set to Everyone. After 48 hours it reads Not public yet · check TikTok; Rejected by TikTok if TikTok refused it.
- In TikTok drafts — sent to the TikTok app as a draft.
- Blocked — held back, often for a missing permission. Cancelled — stopped before it went out.
YouTube videos
Under a published YouTube video in Details, owners and admins have Edit on YouTube (title, description and who can see it, then Save on YouTube), Thumbnail (a JPG or PNG up to 10 MB) and Delete from YouTube, which can’t be undone.
Good to know
- An agent sees only the posts of the accounts they may post to.
- A post deleted on the platform says so, for example “Deleted on Instagram — no longer counted”.
- While something is going out, the list refreshes itself every 10 seconds.
- In the phone app: Menu › Social Studio › Your posts, with the same filters, List and Calendar, and the same buttons.
