One caption fits most posts, but sometimes a channel needs other words — a link for Facebook, fewer hashtags for TikTok. Instant Post lets you write one per account.
- In Social Autopilot › Instant Post, write the main Caption and tick your accounts under Where.
- Switch on Different caption per account, under the caption. One box appears for each selected account, with that platform’s counter.
- Type words only for the accounts that need them. An empty box uses the main caption; Use the main caption clears one.
- Open Preview and pick an account’s tab to see its final caption, hashtags included.
Text with no photo — Facebook only
- Leave the Post card empty and write the caption. The card shows Text post · Facebook only.
- Tick your Facebook Pages and press Post now.
If a Story or Reel with media is also on, tick Also send the caption to Facebook as a text post under the Post card.
Good to know
- Instagram needs a photo or a video; TikTok needs a video or photos.
- The summary on the right says how many accounts have their own caption.
- Switching it off keeps what you wrote but sends the main caption to every account.
- Counters turn red past a platform’s limit: Instagram 2,200 characters and 30 hashtags; TikTok 2,200 characters, where an emoji counts as two.
