The row of buttons above the reply box saves you typing.
- Quick replies (shown when your team has saved some): pick one and its text goes in where your cursor is. A quick reply marked Photo — sends immediately is sent straight away, with its text as the caption.
- AI draft: the AI writes a reply into the reply box. Read it, change what you like, and send it. If it has nothing, you see “No suggestion available right now.”
- Translate appears once you have typed something. The Translation panel opens; pick a language. Use this swaps your text for the translation, and Send both sends your text and then the translation.
- When a channel’s AI is set to Suggests, a ready AI draft card can appear above the reply box. Choose Send, Edit, Discard or Write another.
Good to know
- AI draft and Translate appear only if your account may use AI.
- To save a new quick reply, tap ＋ › Quick reply, if your account may create them.
- To translate a message the client sent, tap Translate under that message.
- Follow-up (in the same row) lets you schedule a message or set a reminder.
