Clients lists everyone who wrote to your accounts, on any channel.
- Open Menu › Clients.
- Search with Search by name, number or message, or tap All, ★ VIP or one of your tags.
- Tap a client to open their card: how many conversations they had, and since when.
- Tap Message to open their most recent conversation.
- Tap Mark VIP to mark them as VIP.
- Tap Tag, write a tag at Add a tag, then tap Add tag.
- Scroll down for Internal notes and every Conversations row. Tap a row to open it.
Good to know
- Agents see only the clients of the accounts shared with them.
- If you only have view access, the card says “VIP and tags are set by an owner or admin.”
- Notes are written inside a conversation (Notes tab); the client card only shows them.
- Removing a tag isn’t possible on the phone yet.
