A library is everything the AI knows about one business: website pages, photos, files and highlights.
- Open Menu › Libraries and pick a library.
- Tap Read everything now to read the website again, or Test to ask it questions.
- Highlights › To check: tap Approve, Edit or Remove on what a read found. + Write one adds your own Topic, Question and Answer.
- Files: tap Choose files (PDF, Word .docx, .txt or .md, up to 10 MB each). Under Something that is not on your site, write a fact and tap Save.
- Pages: tap Read again or Exclude on a page. + Add a page by address adds a page of the same website.
- Photos: tap a photo to hide it, so the AI never sends it.
- For a new library, tap New library, give it a name, choose what it knows (Website, Instagram profile, File, Past conversations…) and the channels that read it, then tap Create library.
Good to know
- The AI uses nothing new until you approve it.
- Which channel reads which library is chosen on AI assistant › Where it replies.
- Libraries are for owners, admins and managers.
