Owners, admins and managers can steer the AI from Menu › AI assistant.
- In a new workspace, follow the three steps at the top: type Your website and tap Read it; tap Ask a question to try the AI; tap Use Suggests on all channels.
- Right now says where the AI works. Pause everywhere hands every conversation to your team until you switch it off.
- Where it replies: for each channel choose Off, Suggests (the AI writes a draft, your team sends it) or Replies (the AI answers by itself and hands over when unsure). Library: … › chooses what that channel knows.
- Try it: pick a channel, type a question and see the answer and where it came from. Nothing is sent to anyone.
- Settings: How it sounds (Friendly, Professional, Short or Warm), AI quality (Free, Standard or Best — Compare all models lists every model), Safety with the Monthly limit, More settings, and A different voice for one channel.
Good to know
- To do lists new things the AI learned for you to check, and questions it couldn’t answer.
- Free uses your own free Google key, and Google’s free terms apply.
- When the monthly limit is reached, the AI stops and every conversation goes to your team.
- Managers can look, but only an owner or admin can change these settings.
