When the AI can’t answer, it hands the conversation to your team and keeps the question for you. Answer it once, and the AI knows next time.
- On Home, tap Questions for you, or open Menu › AI assistant and tap Answer under To do.
- Each card shows the question, the channel and how many times it was asked.
- Write Your answer the way you would to a client, then tap Save answer.
- If it isn’t something the AI should answer, tap Not for the AI.
Good to know
- A saved answer goes into the library that channel reads, and the AI uses it from the next message.
- The conversation itself stays with your team.
- If the channel reads no library yet, choose one first under Where it replies.
