Owners, admins and managers manage the package from Menu › Billing (the screen is called Plan and balance).
- Balance: tap Add balance, choose an amount or type one under Or another amount (the minimum is $20), then tap Pay … with card. The payment page is Stripe’s.
- Your current plan: tap Change plan, pick a package and confirm.
- Your balance › Auto charge: tap Set up or Change, fill in Top up when below and Amount to charge, then tap Save. Stop auto charge turns it off.
- Bank transfer shows the account details and the reference to quote.
- Activity › All movements and invoices lists your documents; tap Open on one.
- Invoice details sets who every invoice is made out to.
Good to know
- A new package applies from your next monthly date. Nothing is charged or refunded that day.
- Payment is handled by Stripe; MirageCHAT never sees your card.
- When a free trial ends, the Inbox shows Your free trial has ended with Choose a plan. If sending is paused for an unpaid balance, messages still arrive and you can read everything.
- If Billing isn’t in your Menu, manage the package on the website at miragechat.io.
- Agents never see Billing.
