Instant Post publishes one post to every account you pick — Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages, TikTok and YouTube — in six steps, and each account gets the right kind of post. It is in every package, on the web and in the phone app.
- Open Social Studio in the menu. On the Instant Post tab press Create a post (or New Instant Post at the top).
- Photos or video — press Library to pick from MirageCHAT, or From your computer (or drop files on it). Photos and videos can go together, up to 80.
- Accounts — tick the accounts. All or a platform’s name picks every account of it; Search accounts finds one.
- What goes out — each platform has its own box. Tick how the photos go out (on Instagram Carousel post, Story or Reel from photos) and how each video goes out (Reel, TikTok video, Short or video…). Nothing ticked means Not posted on that platform.
- Music — ♪ Add music for Instagram reels, a TikTok sound for TikTok, or your own audio (♫ Import) for every channel. Facebook and YouTube take no music from apps.
- Text and place — write the Caption once; emoji, #hashtags, @mentions and line breaks go out as written. Hashtags, Instagram’s place and people, the TikTok box (Who can see this on TikTok) and the YouTube box (Title, Who can see it, Made for kids?) are here too.
- Check and post — see what each account gets and the Preview, then press Post now, or switch to Later and Schedule.
The button at the foot of each step names the next one, for example Next · Accounts. If something stops you, the line under Post now says why, with Fix it on «…» ›.
After you post
- Each account shows a bar per post: Publishing · 40%, then Done · 5 of 5 public. You can close the window — the posts keep going out, and Recent at the top of Instant Post brings it back.
- A post a platform refused shows Failed with the reason and Retry; Retry failed publication tries them all again. Open post ↗ opens what went out.
- New Instant Post starts empty; Duplicate post opens the same post again.
In the phone app: Menu › Social Studio, then Create a post — or ＋ › Instant Post.
Good to know
- Stories never carry a caption — put the words on the image.
- Instagram takes the first 10 photos of a carousel, a TikTok photo post up to 35, a Facebook album up to 80; the step says when a platform takes only the first ones.
- An account in grey on Accounts can’t post right now; its line says why.
- Picked something you already posted to the same accounts? Already posted to these accounts asks first: Post it again or Remove them.
- Instagram gets at most 6 posts an hour from each account; the rest show Waiting its turn or Scheduled · … and go out by themselves. If Instagram refuses an account’s post as possible spam, only that account waits — 24 hours, or 1 hour after Instagram’s limit of 100 posts a day — and the post says why. Nothing is lost.
- A TikTok video can show In review on TikTok until TikTok makes it public.
- Everything you send is listed in Social Studio › Your posts. Owners and admins who use the phone app get a notification when the posts are live.
