Hi Mia,
It's once per person per post. So:
- Same reel, keyword again: nothing is sent a second time, no DM and no reply under the comment.
- A different reel: that's a new post, so if the same automation covers both (set to Any post), they get the DM again.
For a reel with a diferent offer, make a second automation, set it to Only these posts and pick that reel. The one with chosen posts always wins over the general one, so on that reel they get the new offer and not the first one.
There's no switch yet for "only one DM per person across all my reels". Meanwhile add a Tag step to the automation, so in the Inbox you can see who already got it.
