Long conversations hide the one message you need — the price you quoted, the date you agreed. Search finds it without scrolling.
- Open the conversation and press Search in the strip under the customer’s name.
- Type at least two letters in Search in this conversation…. Matches appear with their date and time: a green dot is the customer, a purple one your team.
- Click a match. The conversation scrolls to that message and highlights it.
- Press Done to close the search and stay where you are.
- To keep a copy of the whole conversation, press the download icon at the top (Export CSV).
Example: a car rental agent finds “deposit” in a six-month thread to confirm the amount agreed in May.
Good to know
- To find a conversation rather than a message, use Search conversations… above the list, or Ctrl+K / Cmd+K.
- Search and export are unavailable while a conversation is locked and not yet opened with your PIN.
