Comments has two more tabs: Mentions, for posts that name your account, and Reviews, for the recommendations on your Facebook Page.
Mentions
- Open Comments › Mentions. It appears once an Instagram account is connected, or a TikTok card has comments turned on, and then lists your Facebook Pages’ mentions too.
- Choose a mention. The post opens with the lines that name your account; press Reply to answer as your account. On Facebook, a comment that names your Page is answered with the Page’s reply; a post that names it is answered on Facebook — click its picture to open it there.
Reviews
- Open Comments › Reviews. It appears once a Facebook Page is connected. Each review shows Recommends or Doesn’t recommend, and whether it is Answered.
- Choose a review and write your answer. Facebook doesn’t let apps post an answer to a review, so MirageCHAT keeps and copies your answer, and Reply on Facebook opens the review for you to paste it.
- Load older reviews brings in the reviews written before the Page was connected.
Good to know
- A Page connected before 1 October 2026 shows One more permission., and its button reads Load older reviews · needs a permission. Press Refresh permissions › once; in Facebook’s window press Edit settings.
- Reviews appear only for people allowed to reply to comments.
