Hi Joelene,
Thanks for the clear details, that makes this much easier to sort out.
Error 2494064 ("This phone number is already registered") means Meta still sees your number as attached to something else. Most often it's another Meta business portfolio, for example one set up earlier by an agency or a colleague, and sometimes a platform you used before. Unfortunatly, Meta's window doesn't say where.
Here is the quickest way to find it:
- Go to business.facebook.com and open your own business portfolio.
- Open Settings › Accounts › WhatsApp accounts, press Add and choose to link your WhatsApp Business app. Enter your number, and Meta will send a code to the app.
- If another portfolio holds the number, Meta will answer "already added to a different business" and name it. Remove the number there (or ask that portfolio's admin to do it, it takes one click).
- If you used another platform with this number before (ManyChat, WATI, a CRM…), remove its access under Partners at Meta, then disconnect it in the app under Settings › Account › Business platform.
After that, wait a few minutes and connect again from Channels › WhatsApp in MirageCHAT, choosing to keep the number on your phone.
Please don't delete the WhatsApp Business app or use "Delete account". Your chats stay safe through all of these steps.

If it still stops, reply here with the name Meta shows in step 3, or the Session ID from Meta's window, and we will definitly help you finish it.
Best regards,
Alice
