Comments brings the comments under your Instagram, Facebook Page and TikTok posts onto one page, laid out like Instagram: your posts on the left, the chosen post and its comments on the right.
- Open Comments. New lists the posts with new comments — questions nobody on your team has seen yet — and its number is the one on the menu and in the line above. All posts shows every post people commented on, from all your accounts, newest first — a post with new comments shows how many. Pick one account there to see every post it has.
- Narrow it with the channel logos (the number is how many are new) or with All accounts. Search comments or @people finds words or names.
- Open a post. Its comments count as seen for the whole team, so the number drops for everyone. The ones that were new keep the New mark while you read; a question already seen and not answered says No reply yet.
- Under a comment, press Reply. The bar at the bottom reads Replying to @name. Type — the emoji button and @ (Instagram and TikTok) are in the bar — and press Post, or Ctrl+Enter.
- For anything personal, press Message privately (Instagram and Facebook). The bar reads Private message to @name — only they see it; press Send. It opens a normal conversation in your Inbox.
- A comment that needs no answer: press ✓ (Done). No reply yet goes away; Undo brings it back.
Good to know
- With no comment chosen, the bar posts your own new comment on the post.
- Instagram allows a private message within 7 days of the comment. TikTok offers no private message from a comment.
- Like works on TikTok and Facebook Pages; Instagram doesn’t let apps like comments.
- Emoji-only reactions and friends tagging friends are never counted — they need no answer.
- Keys: J / K for the next and previous post in New, / to search.
- On a Facebook Page post, owners and admins have ••• in the post’s header: Edit text changes the post’s words on Facebook (the photo stays), and Delete post removes it from the Page with its comments, after you confirm. On a phone-sized screen Open on Facebook is in the same menu. The same ••• is on the Page’s posts in Social Autopilot › Insights › Your posts.
- Agents see Comments only if their admin allowed it in Team › Agents.
- A Facebook Page connected before 1 October 2026 shows One more permission. above its posts. Press Refresh permissions › — or ••• › Refresh permissions on the Page’s card in Channels › Connected — and in Facebook’s window press Edit settings, not «Continue». Only an owner or admin can do it; it is needed once.
