Every connected channel is a card under Channels › Connected. The card says whether it works right now, and its ••• menu holds everything you can do with it.
Read the card
- The pill next to the name says what is happening now — for example Live, Quiet, Waiting for first message, Token expires in N d or Token invalid. Click a warning to see why.
- Check now at the bottom re-tests the connection immediately.
Fix it
- Reconnect (login dead) or Reconnect now (login about to expire) opens the right window for that one channel. For Instagram or a Facebook Page, ••• › Refresh permissions does the same when a permission is missing.
Rename it
- ••• › Edit channel changes the Account Name shown in your Inbox, and holds the channel’s business hours. For website chat, it opens Widget Studio.
Stop or remove it
- ••• › Disconnect (history kept) stops incoming messages and frees the account to be connected in another workspace. Conversations stay, and Connect brings it back as it was.
- ••• › Remove (deletes it) erases the channel. It is refused while the channel holds conversations — use Disconnect instead.
Good to know
- The AI switch on each card turns automatic AI answers on or off for that channel; off, the AI only drafts.
- Import old chats (Instagram) and Import recent chats (Facebook Page) bring earlier conversations in.
- Website chat has no Disconnect.
- Only owners and admins can open Channels.
