TikTok connects on TikTok’s own screen. Once connected you can publish videos with Instant Post; one more step brings in your comments and numbers. TikTok messages are coming soon.
- Open Channels › Connected and press TikTok. TikTok’s screen opens.
- Log in with the account and approve what MirageCHAT asks for. You come straight back, to TikTok is connected.
- On the TikTok card, click the Comments or Insights cell and press Turn on. A second TikTok screen opens for the same account — allow comments and analytics.
- Back in MirageCHAT you’ll see TikTok comments and insights are on. New comments arrive in Comments; the numbers are in Social Autopilot › Insights.
Good to know
- The card’s Inbox cell reads Coming soon: TikTok messages don’t reach the Inbox yet.
- The second screen must be the same TikTok account as the card.
- In Comments, TikTok comments can be answered, liked and hidden. Only your own comments can be deleted, and TikTok allows no private message from a comment.
- If a cell later says Stopped, click it and connect again.
- ••• › Disconnect deletes the stored tokens; anything already published stays on TikTok.
