Telegram connects through a bot you create in Telegram in about a minute. Customers open your bot, press Start, and every message lands in the Inbox.
- Open Channels › Connected and press Telegram. The Connect Telegram window opens — keep it open.
- In Telegram, open a chat with @BotFather, Telegram’s official bot.
- Send /newbot. Choose a name (for example Northside Gym) and a username that ends in bot (for example NorthsideGymBot).
- BotFather sends a token that looks like 123456789:AAExample_token. Copy it.
- Paste it into Bot token and press Connect. MirageCHAT confirms Telegram connected: @YourBot.
Good to know
- Bots can only message people who wrote to them first.
- Telegram has no 24-hour reply window.
- Share your bot’s link, t.me/YourBotName, on your website and profiles.
- To stop it: ••• › Disconnect on its card. Incoming messages stop.
- The token is stored securely and used only to send and receive your messages.
