A connected number can already receive and answer. A few things at Meta decide how much more it can do, and its card shows them.
- Open Channels › Connected and find the number’s card. Four cells show what it can do today: Inbox, Quality, Limit and Templates. Click a cell to see what it means and why.
- If a yellow bar says a number is not fully set up, press Finish setting up — or Finish setting up (N left) on the card.
- Work through the open steps:
- Verify your business at Meta — until then a number can start 250 new conversations a day. The Limit cell’s Verify at Meta opens Business Suite.
- Create your first message template — the only way to write first, or after 24 hours.
- Add a payment method at Meta — Meta bills WhatsApp charges to your own business account. MirageCHAT can’t see this step, so press I’ve done this when it is done.
- Display name declined — change the name in WhatsApp Manager.
- After fixing something, press Check again in the cell.
Good to know
- Conversations started in 24 h on the card counts what your number started today against Meta’s cap. Replies inside the 24-hour window don’t count.
- Each step shows where its fact comes from: MEASURED, FROM META, INFERRED or NOT READABLE.
