A new workspace opens on a short setup where the Overview will be: three questions, one at a time. Most businesses finish in about a quarter of an hour.
The three questions
- Where do your customers write to you? Press Connect a channel and connect one: WhatsApp, Instagram, a Facebook Page, a Telegram bot or your website chat. With no channel connected nothing arrives, so this comes first.
- What should the AI know? Press Write it, or paste a link. Write your prices, hours and rules once — or paste your website address and the AI reads them itself.
- How should we tell you someone wrote? Press Turn notifications on, then Enable browser notifications in Workspace › Profile. Install the MirageCHAT app on your phone too.
Each step ticks itself off once the thing is really done. Press Continue to move on, or the small link at the bottom («I have connected one already», «I will write it later», «Not now») to skip a step.
When all three are done
- The page says Done. You are listening.
- Press Invite a colleague to add the people who answer with you, or Open the Inbox.
Good to know
- Closed the setup with ×? The Overview shows Setup stopped at step … of 3. Press Continue to pick it up.
- The setup appears for owners and admins of a workspace with no conversations yet. Agents never see it.
