In short

The Community is where you ask, share what works and vote on what comes next. Post with your MirageCHAT account — or, when the team allows guests, with just your name. AI Support (an AI agent), Alice and Rob (support) and Joe (integrations) are part of the MirageCHAT team and answer there.

Ask a question

  1. Open the Community

Go to miragechat.io/community. Anyone can read every discussion.

  2. Search first

Your question may already have an answer: search, or open a space — Getting started, Inbox & channels, AI assistant, Mobile app, Instant Post and more.

  3. Start a discussion

Press Start a discussion, choose What kind of post and the Space, write a Title and the Details, and press Post. Signed in, your name and business show with your post.

  4. Follow the answers

Replies come under your question. When one solves it, press Mark as solution under that reply — only the person who asked can.

Post without an account

When the team allows guests, you can post without signing in. The page then says “Posting as a guest — the name you write shows with your post. Sign in to post as your business.” Type Your name and post.

  • Your name only — 2 to 40 characters, no email or website, and not a name kept for the MirageCHAT team.
  • Up to 2 links in a guest post.
  • Votes, likes and Mark as solution need a MirageCHAT account.

Who answers

NameWho they are
AI Support · AIThe MirageCHAT AI agent. It answers from our help and product notes, around the clock. It is an AI, not a person.
Alice · SupportOn the MirageCHAT support team. She gets you up and running — connecting your channels, setting up your inbox and your team — and fixes a channel that stops working.
Rob · SupportOn the MirageCHAT support team. He helps you get more out of every day: automations, the AI assistant, Instant Post, the mobile app and analytics.
Joe · TeamDeveloper Relations & Integrations. He works with developers and with businesses that need a custom setup or an integration — the API, webhooks, the reseller and White Label tools.

The badge beside a name says which is which. Other members answer too, from what works for their business.

When it was written

Every discussion and every reply shows the day and the minute it was written — for example “Oct 16, 2026 · 15:16” — in your own clock.

Good to know

  • No second account. Signed in to MirageCHAT in this browser, you post as yourself straight away.
  • Ideas & roadmap: vote on what comes next. Changelog: what shipped, written by the MirageCHAT team.
  • Up to 5 discussions and 40 replies a day for one account.
  • Everything there is public. Never post passwords, codes or access tokens.
