In short
A partner — a reseller — is a MirageCHAT workspace our team switches on to serve other businesses. It pays from its prepaid balance: $75 a month for the platform and $1.25 a month for each connected channel. Once it is on, a new menu, Reseller, creates a separate client workspace for each business you serve.
Before you start
- A MirageCHAT workspace of your own. The 14-day free trial is enough to start.
- You are its owner. Once the account is switched on, its owner and its admins see the Reseller menu.
- A card, or access to your bank for a transfer, to add money to your balance.
From sign-up to your partner account
Create your workspace
On miragechat.io, press Start free trial. The trial lasts 14 days, has every feature and needs no card. This workspace becomes your partner account, and it stays your own workspace too.
Add the first month to your balance
Go to
Billingand, under Add money, pay by card or by bank transfer. The balance must hold the first month: $75, plus $1.25 for each channel already connected in your workspace — $77.50 with two. Add more for your first clients’ channels.Send the partner form
On miragechat.io/partners, tell us about you and the businesses you serve. A person from our team reads every request and replies within two business days.
We switch your account on
Our team makes your workspace a reseller account. The first month is taken from your balance at once; the rest of the balance stays yours.
Open the Reseller menu
Reload MirageCHAT.
Resellerappears in your menu, just aboveBilling. Its first tab, Client workspaces, is where your first client goes — create a client workspace.
What changes in your workspace
- A new menu, Reseller, with three tabs: Client workspaces, Statement and Settings. Owners and admins see it; managers and agents don’t.
- No package any more. Your workspace is billed through the reseller plan: a package you had stops renewing, and
Billing › Plancan’t start a new one. - No limits. Connect as many channels and add as many people as you need — in your own workspace and in every client workspace.
- Your own channels count too. Each channel connected in your workspace is $1.25 a month, like a client’s.
- One balance pays for everything. You add money in
Billing, as before. AI replies in your own workspace are paid one by one from it — none are included; with an empty balance, replies are manual until money is added. Client workspaces have no AI assistant.
Prices and renewals, in short
| What | Price | When it is paid |
|---|---|---|
| The platform | $75 a month | The day your account is switched on, then every month on that date. |
| Each connected channel | $1.25 a month | The day it connects, then every month on that date — each channel on its own date. |
| Setup, client workspaces and people | $0 | Never. A client workspace costs nothing until its first channel connects. |
Nothing is paid twice and nothing is split into days. A channel disconnected and connected again inside its month costs nothing. Every charge is a line of the Statement tab — your balance and statement.
WhatsApp message charges are not part of the plan: Meta bills them to each WhatsApp Business account. Text messages (SMS) are billed by the client’s own MirageTEL or Twilio account.
Settings: your name and the API
The Settings tab of Reseller holds what is yours across every client:
- Your name and logo — a Name and a Logo address your clients see instead of ours: on the connect page, and inside their client workspace, on the web and in the MirageCHAT app. How to set them.
- A reseller key — Create reseller key makes one key for all your client workspaces. It is shown once: press Copy and keep it in your system’s settings, never in an email or a chat.
- One webhook for all your clients — paste your server’s https:// address under Webhook for all your client workspaces and press Add webhook. It receives the new messages, sent messages, conversations and connected channels of every client workspace, each with its
workspace_idand signed withX-Mirage-Signature. Its signing secret is shown once. - A publishing key — tick “Posts sent with this key are published on the selected accounts in my name.” and press Create publishing key. Posts go out with this one; the reseller key never posts.
- Inside one client workspace, either key works with that workspace’s ID in the
X-Workspace-Idheader. The ID is shown under each name in the list — use the Reseller API. - Your keys and webhooks are listed on the same tab — Revoke a key or Delete a webhook there — and in
Security › Developer(Open API keys).
Questions
Can I try it before I pay $75?
Yes. The 14-day free trial has every feature. Connect your own channels and see how a workspace works before you add money.
What happens to the money already on my balance?
It stays yours. The first month is taken when your account is switched on, and every renewal after it comes from the same balance.
I don’t see the Reseller menu.
It is for the owner and the admins of a reseller account — reload the page. Before our team has switched your account on, the page says “This workspace is not a reseller.”
Billing › Plan refuses a package.
That is expected: “This workspace is billed through the reseller plan, so it has no package of its own.” Add money under Billing instead.
Do my clients see what MirageCHAT costs?
No. Billing in a client workspace says “Billing for this workspace is handled by your provider.” and names you. We send your clients no newsletters, offers or billing emails — anything about a client workspace comes to you. The one exception is the sign-in code, which goes to the person signing in.
On your phone
The Reseller menu is on the web, at miragechat.io. Your own workspace works in the MirageCHAT app as before — get the app.
Ready?
Opens MirageCHAT in this tab. Sign in first if you’re not already.
