In short

Your client connects its own channels on a page with your name and logo — no MirageCHAT account needed. You make the link under Reseller and send it; each channel your client connects lands in its client workspace. A link works for 24 hours, and you can make a new one at any time.

Before you start

  • A client workspace — create one.
  • Money on your balance: each channel your client connects is $1.25 a month, taken the moment it connects.
  • Your client’s own accounts: their WhatsApp Business number, their Instagram professional account, their Facebook Page.

1. Put your name and logo on the page

  1. Open Settings

Go to Reseller and open the Settings tab. The first card is Your name on the connect page.

  2. Type your name, paste your logo

Type your Name. In Logo address, paste the https:// address of a square image, PNG or SVG. A preview of both appears under it.

  3. Save

Press Save: “Saved. Your clients see this on the connect page from now on.” With no name set, the page shows your workspace’s name.

2. Make the link and send it

  1. Press Link

In Client workspaces, press Link on your client’s row. A client workspace you have just created shows its link at once.

  2. Make the link and copy it

The window Connect link · Seaside Villa opens. Press Make a link, then Copy. Under it: “Works until …” — 24 hours from now, with its time zone.

  3. Bring your client back to you (optional)

Under After connecting, send your client to (optional), paste an https:// address of yours before you press Make a link (or press Make a new link). The page then ends with Done — back to your name, which opens that address.

  4. Send it

Send the link by email, by chat or from your own platform. Whoever has it can connect channels to that workspace until it expires, so send it only to your client.

Each time you press Make a link or Make a new link, a new link is made. Links you sent before keep working until their own 24 hours end — Stop all links, at the bottom of the window, ends every one of them at once; channels already connected stay.

3. What your client sees

The page opens without signing in anywhere. At the top: your logo and your name. Then Connect your channels, the client workspace’s name, and three rows, each with Connect:

RowWhat your client connects
WhatsAppTheir WhatsApp Business number.
InstagramTheir Instagram professional account.
Facebook PageTheir Facebook Page and its Messenger.

Each button opens the platform’s own window, where your client signs in and chooses what to share. That window shows the name of the app that carries the connection — the platform requires it. A connected row says Connected with its name, and its button becomes Add another.

WhatsApp: two ways

Connect on the WhatsApp row first asks Where does this number live?

  • Keep using the WhatsApp Business app on this phone — the number stays on the phone, and messages show up in the app and in the workspace.
  • Use this number only here — for a number that is not in a WhatsApp app on a phone. Once connected, it can no longer be used in one.

Meta’s window then walks your client through the business and the number — every screen is in Connect WhatsApp. Back on the page: “WhatsApp is connected:” and the number.

Instagram and Facebook

  • Instagram opens Instagram’s own window. Your client signs in and allows access; the page then says “Instagram is connected:” and the account.
  • Facebook Page opens Facebook’s window, where your client ticks their Page. Back on the page, they tick the Pages to connect and press Connect the chosen Pages. Each Page says what it brings: Messages and posts, Messages or Posts.
  • A Page marked Already connected somewhere else — it has to be disconnected there first. can’t be ticked until it is disconnected in that other workspace.

The other channels

TikTok, YouTube and SMS are not on the link: a person of your client connects them inside the client workspace, under Channels, signed in as themselves — add one with the Admin role. Telegram and website chat are connected there too, by them or by you after Open. Every channel is $1.25 a month, however it is connected.

What is charged, and when

  • $1.25 the moment a channel connects, for one month, from your balance. It renews every month on that date.
  • Connected again inside its month, it costs nothing — the same number, account or Page.
  • When your balance is too low, the channel is not connected, and your client sees: “This channel cannot be connected right now: the account that manages this workspace needs to add money. Please contact your provider.” Add money under Billing, then your client presses Connect again.
  • Every charge is a line of your Statement: “Channel · WhatsApp”, the client workspace and the month it pays for.

If something looks wrong

My client sees “This link has expired”.

Links work for 24 hours; Stop all links and closing the workspace end them at once. Press Link on the client’s row, then Make a link, and send the new one.

My client sees “This page is paused”.

A renewal of yours wasn’t paid, so your account and your client workspaces are paused. Add money under Billing; the page works again at once.

The Link button is grey.

The workspace is closed — a closed workspace has no connect link — or your reseller plan has ended.

“return_url must be an https:// address.”

The address under After connecting, send your client to (optional) must start with https://.

My client sees “WhatsApp cannot be connected from this page right now.”

On your phone

Your client can open the link on a phone: the page fits a phone’s screen. You make links on the web, under Reseller.
